Integricon was sent by my insurer to oversee the repair of damage to my house caused by fallen tree limbs. Integricon sent in a contractor that did the work improperly, and in each case Integricon backed up the contractor and claimed the work was done right. One of a pair of skylights had been damaged and the contractor replaced it with a different model of skylight that didn’t match the undamaged one. Integricon first claimed it was the same, but it obviously was not and the insurer finally insisted it be replaced. The contractor also changed the colour of my roof from black/dark brown to light brown without any discussion or consent and Integricon is insisting that they have the right to do that and has refused to have that work corrected.

Integricon was the company hired by my insurance company to remove the areas in my home that were affected by fire and subsequent water damage. Integricon removed and stored the house contents but never provided me with a list of the stored items and any assessment of damage to the furniture. Multiple pieces of furniture were never returned, including valuable antiques that were in my family for several generations. Large kitchen table, 2 antique marble topped, inlaid wood sofa side tables, 2 chairs, lamp, antique sewing treadle. They denied ever having them, then indicated that these items were in the non salvageable items. The company in charge of non salvageable items confirmed that their detailed itemized list did not include this furniture. Then I showed their photographic evidence.
Integricon has no integrity. They stole my furniture.
Recommend staying away from them.
