Reviews of Magic Window Innovations in Woodbridge

We recently had all of our windows replaced with Magic windows. They aren't the most expensive. Yet, our research showed us that they are the best on the market. The frames are exceptionally strong, attractively narrow and cannot warp. The installers showed up when scheduled and removed the old windows right down to the bricks! The new windows were expertly installed with colonial trim that matched our old ones.

If I could rate this company as zero I would have. Not only the least responsible company I have dealt with but the person I ended up having to deal with was rude, unhelpful and started screaming at me when I told him I was going to post a negative review. He was screaming so loud my brother could hear from across the room. I had to disconnect the call!

I ordered windows through a government program and to my knowledge they were coming to put them in around 4 months later. Around 2 months later when I didn’t hear from them on any of the details of when my windows were going to be installed, the gentleman from the government program left assorted messages with this Lior Goldenberg. Even the salesman that sold me the windows sent emails to Goldenberg. Mr Goldenberg didn’t see fit to answer any of them back. So 3 months pass and once again everyone is sending emails and leaving messages and again no answer. Finally the salesman tells me to try calling myself and 3 days later mr Goldenberg decides to call and say they don’t work with any government programs. That they don’t trust the government to pay them and that the government has refused to pay them previously. I wonder why? Hmmm.

Really? I think maybe Magic windows might be the the problem! Beware!!!!

The sales person Corey was very thorough and explained everything, not pushy like some sales people. The installation team was excellent and completed installing 7 windows in one day. They also cleaned up after. We were having a problem with one of the blinds which was hard to close properly, called Magic and the next day a service man came and corrected the problem. He also checked all the other windows and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Thank you Magic for a great product and service. The windows are so clear that is seems like the glass is not even there.
