Reviews of Perfect Choice Services in Woodbridge

I don’t write reviews generally but this one is necessary. After reading reviews here , I called this company and unfortunately got connected with STEVE TANTSIDIS. He send his guy to provide me the quote. I liked the technician but due to some personal reasons had to postpone my plan for duct cleaning. I did let the technician know about the delay. I would like to stress that I DID NOT DENY THE SERVICE BUT JUST DELAYED IT. However, I have received calls from Steve twice in last two weeks where he has been very rude for not giving him the job. I had to drop my plan for working with them because of this and when I told him that I will not give him the job because of his attitude , he straight up said that he doesn’t care.
If you don’t care then why am I being called and talked down to so many times. It’s almost harassment.
He mentioned that I wasted his time when they came to visit the job site. Two things -
A) how do I know if you guys are right for the job without talking to you.
B) The company said they wanted to visit the job site before committing to the job. However, I was never obligated to get it done from you just because you visited us. If there was any such obligation then I should have been informed before hand.
I contacted them because of the good reviews but I now believe that they are fake. More so, Steve himself has given a review which makes me question the integrity of the reviews here.
I would highly recommend everyone to think twice before calling them.
