I paid $220 for this detailing "service" and I really wish i could take it back. Please let this be a warning to anyone who decides to use this detailing shop.

After leaving the shop the microphone in my car was no longer functioning properly. I chalked it up to the fact that my vehicle was still soaking wet and maybe there was some type of humidity issue affecting the microphone. Noone was able to hear my properly anymore, and I was unable to use my phone in my car without putting it on speaker phone and holding my phone to my face. It was working perfectly fine before then.

I had let George know what was going on, and he told me to meet him at the shop the following day and we'd figure things out. I showed up at the shop around 1PM only to be told that George had come and gone and wouldn't be at the shop again til next week. I spoke to the business owner Jimmy who basically told me It's not his problem and he wasn't willing to discuss any of these matters with me as George was the person who said he would speak to me, and there was no way it could possibly be their fault. Extremely rudely handled but I accepted it and decided to wait til George was in.

I called and texted George multiple times throughout the week only to be completely ignored. Not a single response. I had to show up to the shop to find out exactly when George would return to have a conversation in person about this.

I finally showed up to speak to George in person about this, and he was completely unwilling to take any form of responsibility. I told him I would get this inspected by the dealership to figure out what the cause of the issue was, and if the detailing was at fault I'd be willing to pay half of the repair out of my own pocket. I thought this was more than fair, but instead George responded by showing off the luxury cars he details and claiming that there was no humanly possible way it could've been him. George proceeded to walk inside the shop and ignore me.

I went inside the shop to speak to Jimmy about this and he responded with: "The detail was $220 and the microphone might be $400. Why should I have to pay that?" Well Jimmy, if you're reading this, you should have to pay for it because this is how things work in the real world. If you break something, you should be held liable. Why should I have to pay for damage caused by your company? Take responsibility for your actions like a decent human and especially a half decent business owner.

Also worth mentioning, George texted me to come pick up my car and the seats were still completely drenched. I had to leave my car on for hours in my driveway as it wasn't adequately dried by the shop, and on top of that they didn't clean my mats properly.

I'm just disgusted by this entire experience at this point, and especially how I was treated, flat out ignored and completely written off multiple times.
