Reviews of Professional Sew & Fit in Woodbridge

I've gone back to Adrianna (might have spelled her name wrong - sorry!) here on multiple occasions...for good reason. Not only is she the sweetest person, but she is exceptionally good at her job and conscientious about others. For example, when I brought her a few different items I was thinking about having repaired, she very transparently told me how much each would cost, and which she'd recommend repairing based on the season and how effective she predicted her repairs would be. She also clearly outlined different options (and costs) for repairing each item. In the end, I've had her repair the zipper on one of my coats, sew a dress between the buttons so that I can wear it without gaping (aka so that I can wear it at all - thank you for saving that dress!), and patch sweatpants and jean shorts—and I'm sure there's more to come! Of course all of these repairs were done with the utmost professionalism and are virtually invisible from the outside. I felt completely confident in her opinions and recommendations as a seamstress who obviously knows her craft. She was also able to get them done quickly before a trip I had coming up, and though I only requested one of the items be finished quickly, she did them all much earlier than anticipated. She has a changing room in her store and is obviously very careful about following COVID-19 protocols and cleaning immediately after each client. Thanks again, Adrianna!

I had to create a customized piece of clothing (a wrist band with a closed pocket type of thing), so I went into Professional Sew & Fit to try to explain what I needed to be created. It was really cool how she designed it and took my measurements and drew what she was going to create for me. It turned out to be amazing. She also finished before the deadline and the customer service was really great! 5/5 forsure!
