None of them can be trusted, right from the top management to bottom staff, all they can do is manipulate their agents and have zero transparency. Would never recommend this to anyone!

From the top of the hierarchy to the bottom, this brokerage has so many unprofessional individuals! As a new real estate agent, I booked an appointment 1 weeks prior, visited them, and met Ron Sally, the brokerage's owner, gave me a lot of lofty speeches!

They claim to have a highly effective communication system, but when I was anticipating their call for the next step, they didn't even respond for next three days. Then, I was promised Maria would be calling me as she take care after Ron sally, but this was simply more talk with no action. I repeatedly called to follow up, but no one ever returned my calls! Nancy contacts me after I've made a tonne of calls, and tells me I’m expecting the response too early ( Really??? 2-3 days) then informs me that they aren't currently keeping any new agents! What I'm getting at is, they portray big but have no sense of professionalism and why did you waste so much of my time?

My experience was terrible, but happily I was saved because if they continued to act this way after I joined, who knows how they would assist us as new agents when we would need them!
