The worst experience ever with plumbing service provider.

I had a main drainage clog that needs to be snaked.

They didn't give me a quote at the time of booking, but charge me $100 + hst to come over and provide the quote, saying they are going to charge the "industry standard"

When the plumbers came, they acted like there are more to be done than just regular snaking service. (implying the issue is not typical one)

My basement is unfinished, very easy to access to snake main drainage and there's literally no water around it since we have found the backflow so quick.

The worst part is they quoted me like $700 + hst when the industry standard is $300 for my situation as per another professional plumber who came to fix. In fact, this gentleman has just provided quote which is $250 since the issue requires simple and easy snake.

Now I lost $100 + hst by believing this company would charge me the "industry standard" price. I personally feel that they take advantage of the $100 + hst for visiting. for a quote. They quote you too much but it's hard to reject the quote since you will lost $100 + hst otherwise.

I would recommend people not to just blindly trust those reviews.. The quality of service has recently gone down in my opinion (meaning not providing reasonable quote)
