Had a heat pump installed end of August 2023 and in the first par of January it quit working I called and they ask me to go over my thermostat and we did and found no problem with it then they said they would send it to the service department and I would get a call for an appointment a week goes by no call so I call back and said that they would send a person out on Saturday between 11 and 1 to take a look I was all day waiting and was a no show list my whole day so I called on the Monday and no response I called on the Tuesday with no response I called on the Wednesday spoke with somebody. They said they spoke to somebody in our area and said our road was an accessible when this was completely untrue. They didn’t even phone to find out two weeks later still waiting was supposed to have a service guy come out today on February 7 between three and five called they said he had a flat tire couldn’t make it so now rescheduled again for Friday, 9 February see if they make it out would not suggest this company
