Reviews of Neu-Tune Auto Centre in Woodstock

Walt at neu-tune safetied my car on April 18th. On the 20th when I got it the horn didn’t work. I called and he swears it did. Mmhmm. Sure bud. Anyway.. two days later the muffler rusted off at the pipe take it to a real mechanic and am shown that the entire exhaust system is rotted out full of holes and the catalytic converter had been removed and replaced with a straight pipe. This vehicle never should have passed a safety and will cost $3,500 to fix. I tried to give Walt a chance to make it right and he refused to call me back. I have reported him to the MTO for further investigation. Shame on you Walt!!! Single moms should be able to trust that mechanics are actually checking that vehicles are safe before they are safetied.
