Reviews of Oxford Optometry in Woodstock

I would not recommend Oxford Optometry and do not see them lasting in Woodstock with their awful customer service. Although they are new to Woodstock, their receptionist and service to customers is extremely rude with a condescending attitude. They don't have decency to answer questions from patients, lack clear communication and rush you out the door. They are about making money as fast as they can and treat customers with lack of respect and basic decency. As soon as you walk into the lobby, it feels like a negative vibe. There are half a dozen signs to mask up and it is common knowledge that masks are mandatory everywhere. The door is also locked and they won't let you in unless you have an appt or call. Just in my 15 min waiting at the door, they lost several customers because of this barrier. Meanwhile their staff are having a smoke at the picnic table at the side and could care less if there's customers waiting inside. I find the atmosphere to be very unfriendly, toxic, unwelcoming and my whole family would never return to this horrible clinic.
