This was the most horrible experience we have ever had so far. Shawn came to our unit to fix the washer, took the money without providing the receipt (service call + labor fee). Unfortuanatly, the problem still existed after he gone. We called him right away and he made some excuses to make us wait for a couple of weeks without any response. After a few times following-up, he finally responed but forgot our issue completely. Then He asked another hundreds of money in advance. We doubted the potential expenses and decided to cancel the servide with him.

He was very rude and refused to refund the partial fee we claimed.

We wish no one will suffer from him anymore, it is beyond words to describe how awful his business is. BTW, we also have every call and messages recorded, please feel free to reach out with any questions!!!
