I have been training with Professor Costa for more than 2 years now. I can say with complete confidence that he is one of the best instructors around. He explains and breaks down complex principles in a way that make sense to even a beginner. If you want to learn real Brazilian Jiu Jitsu then Yorkdale Martial Arts is the club. The team of black belts right down to the veteran white belts make you feel welcome from your first day. The club is spotless and run extremely well. The kids program is excellent and run by great teachers as well. - Mike
