Reviews of The Brick in Yorkton

My sofa arm popped and is loose after less then 2 weeks. The Brick brand furniture is obviously cheap and terrible quality as it broke within 2 weeks from simply stand up after sitting on the couch! I bought a new sofa, love seat and tv stand. I spent over $3,000 here. But worse than the poor quality sofa is the customer service. MY GOD I am APPALLED and HORRIFIED! When I went into the store (Yorkton) it was empty the Manager's customer service was atrocious. He acted like I was a nuisance even though the store was empty and my sofa broke instead of sympathy and showing any care he told me go talk to the guy at the computer and email the store the pics. I did but did not email the store as I did not want to deal with such rude staff. So I did the warranty claim online as directed by the live chat. When I called 3 days later to ask about the status this same guy at the computer answered the phone and belittled me and scolded me he then literally started YELLING at me and scolding me how I should have sent the pics to the email its my fault that it is not done by now and he continued to belittle and blame me. After he finally calmed down he said he would dig into it I said ok thank you. He slammed the phone down on my ear and then hung up on me!! This is beyond acceptable! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THE BRICK AGAIN AND I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO AS MANY PEOPLE I KNOW AND REVIEW SITES I CAN. This is unacceptable by a staff member to treat a customer this way who had his brand new sofa break on him within 2 weeks. These 2 staff members treat you like garbage especially the guy that sits at the computer and answers the phone. The store manager is no better either.
