Reviews of Goldmar Property Management in Amherstburg

I can’t understand how this “company” is still in business. My relative rents from them and I can honestly say I’ve never seen anything like this. Things break and they ignore texts and phone calls and don’t reply. Their rent is sky high and not worth it in the slightest. It’s a dangerous unit, they do nothing by the books. I don’t know what else to say because there really are no words. Just don’t rent through them, I swear it isn’t worth it

this is the 4th morning I go make breakfast and have a rat running at my feet, I can no longer take living with goldmar property they have proven to be the worst company we have ever been with, avoid it if you value your health and safety as there is mold thruought this entire unit making us sick

1am, rat at my foot, I’m one of the cleanest people out here btw, I’ve told goldmar about noises under my floor many times , told them we lost heat and still Havnt heard a thing… absolute worst company to go with, avoid like the plague otherwise you’ll feel like you’re living in a plague (rats, black water, loss of hot water and no help)
