Terrible Customer Service after leaving my building without hot water for 3 days. When I had not recieved any call back despite leaving messages with 3 different customer service agents on July 8th, I was forced to get another HVAC company out to restore the hot water in the building and had to pay out of pocket $844.00. Enercare is saying g that they will not pay this bill. and despite following up with another customer service agent 5 days ago who asked me to contact them, I still have not received any follow up from anyone in the company. Do not trust all their fancy marketing slogans that they will be there when you need the. to resolve issues on your rental equipment. It will not happen!! Simply the worst company I have ever dealt with, they continue to miss their own targets at following up with me to resolve this matter, as a result I will continue to share my experiences so that other consumers can be better informed on Enercare's poor customer service.

Our hot water tank started leaking badly flooding the floor. We turned off the water and had to live with cold water the rest of the evening. However, I spoke with Linda Muir, field supervisor that evening and she heard my concern of having no hot water as I was hosting a women's weekend. She managed to get Jeff to come resolve the issue first thing Sat. am. Jeff was on time, personable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Issue was that pressure had built up in the tank and blew the pressure release valve off. Their advices was to install an expansion tank to reduce this issue which we will do. Thank you Linda for hearing the "customer voice" and helping to resolve the issue and thank you Jeff for your professional and courteous service. We appreciated it especially the hot showers! Would highly recommend the Barrie team!

I had an issue with my gas stove the glass was cracked an it is the way I heat my home the service tech (Dan) an the supervisor Liz went out of their way to help me I think over an above there jobs. I would gladly recommend Enercare to anyone on the awesome service an helpfulness of this company an the people who come out to your home are awesome cant say enough about this company an people
