On the balance, we were disappointed with the company’s lack of responsibility. Our basement was flooded only days after their install. There was more billing, finger pointing, and a desperate search for someone else to be responsible for their lack of planning and advise. It is the town, other service providers fault, or even the customer…what’s the point then to call the “experts” and pay their high prices if they fail to deliver?
