Tony seemed really professional in the beginning but then my perception changed.

He first gave my mom a haircut back in August and the day after she got the haircut, she was not satisfied at all. We thought of waiting it out and went back to him yo have a re-do and he didn't rven bother giving a discount. Most places do if you aren't happy with your hair.

Then I went to get my haircut and he did an amazing job and told me to come back before Christmas for a complimentary (free) haircut. Then I messaged him about getting my bair dyed and he was not responsive. Always saying he was busy with a client and then when I asked to come for the complimentary haircut he mentioned. He said he never said that.

I think the way he handled both those situations was very unprofessional. A lot of these business owners tend to get caught up in the cash flow/ bottomline and don't realize that they still have to follow certain rules when it comes to keeping their word because at the end of the day. Their business won't be successful if it weren't for their customers.
