I bought a hard to find model (2005 Cadillac CTS-V 6 speed manual transmission) from Jordan Kohler at Bannister Cadillac while on a vacation in Kelowna. Bannister had just taken it in as a trade in. They inspected the car thoroughly and found a few items needing repair. They took care of them. There was one item (differential bushings) that were worn but still safe to drive the car. The parts were back ordered due to Covid supply chain issues. David Lopez at Bannister arranged for Preston Cadillac in Langley to install the parts when they arrived. I couldn't be happier with both the car and the first class treatment I received from Jordan and the sales manager David Lopez. If you are looking for a new or used Cadillac, check out Bannister Cadillac in Kelowna. I am glad I did.
