Very good
Was given prompt service, even though they were extremely busy. Stylist Brittany took here time and made me feel welcome. Had a colour done she asked the managers opinion, the manager also took her time asked me many questions about what I was looking for and they came up with the perfect colour !!

Poor
Walked in, two of the stylists noticed me sit down, neither one said anything to me. Twenty minutes went by, another customer walked in, was acknowledged and name taken down in less than 30 seconds. Was told it was a 35 minute wait with 4 other people ahead. Turned around and walked out as I was not acknowledged once.

Supremely disappointed in this location. Every other location I've been to have had stylists who have been conscientious about who enters their stores.

Disappointing. Will not return.
