Mike has helped me with my computer at least 3 times. He set up my new computer, replaced a hard drive, sometime later, supplied new keyboard and speakers (set them all up for me) and fixed my printer as well as helped me set up e-mail addresses for myself. Mike is always prompt for appointments, is extremely patient, very proficent at what he does and explains the workings of the internet, and my desktop in simple language. I cannot recommend him highly enough to help you with any computer issues you may have !!
