Russell is an absolute saviour! Was told by others I needed a new hard drive for my Apple iMac to the tune of $500 to $600. Took my iMac to Thrift Computers in White Rock and met an amazing man. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable with no sales gimmick, straight talk to the point. Russell cleaned up the iMac, saved all my files, installed up to date operating system all in one day, picked up same day and what a difference in speed, performance, like a brand new Imac. Would highly reccommend Thrift Computers, you will not be sorry. I know I'll go back there in a heartbeat. Looking forward to his offer of some nice Persian Tea in the near future. And above all the price was so reasonable.

I can only say, thank god I live a south Surrey white rock, for many years as a senior I’ve been at the mercy of large computers and phone merchant and their expensive methods to solve electronic problems that were way beyond my ability to solve. Finally we no longer have to be at their mercy. Thrifty computers on 152nd was the saviour that came along to and not only prevented us having to mortgage the farm to get our modern gadgets working, but also brought us a proprietor that is not only a very knowledgeable but has the patience of a saint to put us old timers at ease. Our experience has not only been delightful but believe me we are no longer afraid to ask questions that to some might seem trivial. You see Russell the owner of whom I speak is a gem we must continue to support and encourage other to do the same as these small business owners are what makes our community prosper.
