Reviews of Sunray Heating Products in Nanaimo

My sister bought a new wood stover from Sunray in Nov. giving them a deposit of 2000.00 on Nov. 9th 2022. There were problems with the stove, as it was not emitting any heat. Sunray came and exchanged the fan, still not working. They came with another fan, still no heat. She was promised phone calls and visits, never hearing from them.She went up to the store, being reassured she would get some assistance, not getting any! There were 13 family members in her home at this time, as our Mother passed away, all coming for the celebration of life. We all froze! I went with her, talking to the fellow, who stated she will be taken care of, this is not right, 2 people came, they left and she still has not had her stove fixed. Constant promises, from a company that guarantees their work! This is so wrong on all levels! There will be a total of 12 family members for Xmas at her home this weekend, she is a single Mom, low income, and is in a freezing house during this weather! Sunray needs to do its due diligence and get her stove working. We are going to go to the BBB, Consumer Affairs and all media avenues, this is shameful and heartless. Beware of this company
