My first visit went really well, but I during my second visit, I purchased skin care products that she had used on me during both visits. After I had been using them for a few days, I had allergic reactions on my face and neck. I messaged Silvana to let her know that I couldn't use the products, asking nicely if there was any guarantee on her products. My question want not answered, and she hasn't responded to my messages.

Granted, I do have sensitive skin and am currently under the care of a dermatologist, however I would have expected better after-sales services.
