Reviews of Sun Nails Spa in Nepean

Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. I am not one to write reviews but this was beyond disappointing, and feel that it should be shared to others. $55 + tax for a job for dip nails. I told the lady several time this isn’t the colour I asked for but she was insisting me the final colour will be different. When she finished I told her this is not what I chose but then her reply was “it’s too late now”. My nails are so uneven thick and not the colour I chose at the beginning. She spoiled the shape of nails after so much of filing and uneven dip. While paying as well I told her I’m not satisfied but she hardly gave any attention to it. I probably could have done better. There was a lack of that pamper experience but rather a rushed, painful experience. I do not think I will be returning or recommending anyone. Totally waste of time and money here.

I went in to get my dip nails taken off and another set applied. I got there and she started ripping off my old dip, which you’re not supposed to do cause it completely damages the nail bed. She cut me. She didn’t clean her implements, she was rushing, and she was on the phone with her boyfriend on speaker. Needless to say never come here or do if you want your nails ruined. Very unprofessional and unfortunate.
