BUYER BEWARE. I ordered an installation of a new marble countertop two months ago, and their sales representative had initially promised the project would be completed in less than 14 days. However, after I sent a deposit of over two thousand dollars, I never heard back from them. I sent six follow up emails and made countless calls asking for an update. Nothing. After almost two months of this it became clear they had no intention of actually ordering and installing my countertop so I requested my deposit back. Since making this request, weeks ago, I still do not have my money back.

This company continues to withhold my money while not offering any service in exchange. Dealing with Stonnik countertops has been a nightmare and everyone should stay away from this scam of a company.

1 yr after installing a $5k countertop that has cracked at a seam, Moshen and team have ghosted us, refuse to return messages via whatsapp, phone, email, website, Facebook. STAY AWAY.
