I had a horrible experience with Janex, received poor service from incompetent staff. Definitely do not recommend.

Nightmare! Do not fulfill their contractual obligations, lie to you and give excuses for delays, unethical business practices and shady salesmen give a new definition to “used car salesman”, bandaids on repairs, or tell you repairs are done when they are clearly not. Overcharge you for tires and give you the cheapest ones on the market. Now in the process of filing legal papers to get what is owed to me. Save your money, save your time, shop elsewhere and stay far from this company.

Service look good first, but very hard to talk to them. I pay very mutch than vehicule value. I sould never have gone there.
