I cannot in good faith recommend Prio Auto Sales. I've purchased cars before and this by far was the worst experience...
frankly the worst experience purchasing anything.

Sam was the finance person I worked with and he was fine for the purposes of getting finance. Following the issues with vehicle Nas Syed said he would "work with me closely until the issue was resolved". I'm not sure what this statement meant for him, but at times it was challenging reaching him and for each and every update I had to reach out to him. IMO - when you're working with a customer to resolve issues you should provide regular updates and aim to have everything resolved in a timely manner. Also do not further inconvenience the customer just because you want to save costs. Nas' courtesy felt fake and he was unprofessional.

I purchased a 2016 Audi Q5. When I test drove the vehicle with Sam the check engine light was on. I told Sam that the light and rusted brakes needed to be resolved prior to me purchasing. Sam ensured me it would be all fixed.
I picked up the vehicle on January 12th - while driving home the check engine light came on.
I returned the vehicle to Prio around January 15th for them to fix the issue.
Subsequently I've had return the vehicle several times to Prio because the check engine light was on. The 2nd time I returned it I was told by Sam that they replaced the catalytic converter. (I've purchased the vehicle less than 2 months ago).

The 3rd or 4th time I returned it Prio suggested the car be take to Audi to diagnose the check engine light. When the vehicle was checked by Audi their report confirmed that the catalytic was faulty as well as the o2 sensor. They recommended replacing both. Prio said they had already replaced the catalytic converter so they would replace the o2 sensors and so they ordered this from eBay to replace the ones on the vehicle. Following this replacement the check engine light came on again.
Again the vehicle was taken to Audi and they did a 2 hour inspection.

Again Audi confirmed that the catalytic converter could be faulty and should be replaced. They noted that the o2 sensors were working.

In addition Audi found there were several other repair issues with the vehicle:
Faulty Car Battery, needs immediate replacement-approx cost $804.48
• Steering/steering linkages-both inner tie-rod bellows are torn and have a holes. Replacement requires alignment-approx cost $655.15
• Exhaust System (leaks, damage, loose parts) - approx cost $172.55
• Replace alternator pulley-due to leaking grease-approx cost $902.54
• Replace front backing plates cracked/broken-approx cost $1075.91
• Replace engine mounts-leaking engine mounts-approx cost $3103.38
• Replace catalyst-recommend to replace the catalytic converter and associated hardware - P0420 fault in ECM-approx cost $4806.09

Prio Auto Sales sold me the vehicle with all of these issue. The only reason why I now know about them is because of the diagnosis done by the Audi Service department.

Prio has only said they would address the catalytic convertor issue... but again this car with all of it's issues was sold me by Prio Auto Sales. Their only comment to me is that they are responsible for getting the vehicle safety certified.

In my mind any reputable car dealership would have ensured the vehicle they're selling didn't have as many issue or the at least disclose the issues to the person buying the car.

I can't endorse this dealership and would advise every buyer to do your research before attending this dealership.

Also I want to add that Prio told me the vehicle came with a set of winter tires. On the day I picked up the vehicle I had to get the tires replaced as the winter tires were old and cracked and could split at any moment.

Terrible service. I would not recommend this place to anybody.
