Reviews of Terrys Taxi in Picton

I use Terry's as my local taxi company as they have over 35 years of service, they are trusted by myself and local customers, to come on time, 24 hours a day seven days a week.

No matter the weather, myself, and local customers are their primary concern. This ensures we get to work, Doctor, hospital, and lab visits, on time and in a safe condition.

Community living, children's aid, special requirements, and ODSP booking are also provided, should we need the service.

Delivery service for food and beverage is available and they are the only local service that can legally transport LCBO and Beer Store products.

They offer wine tours, special booking for weddings, when not servicing regular customers.

Their rates are reasonable.

When asked, why do I use Terry's service, I simply respond :

"I HAVE ALWAYS USED THEM"

That is the highest service compliment I can offer.

So rude. Was talking to my mom like a child then when I asked when he was coming he hung up on us. Never ended up coming and left us stranded. Overall terrible customer service. Will not be supporting again.
