It was a Canadian holiday weekend when my 12-year-old Daisy came down with Kennel Cough and a terrible-sounding cough. Not one Vet was open in the city and every message directed us to call the animal emergency #. I did that and they wouldn't even look at me. Instead, they said they were over capacity and to call around to different Vets to see if I could find one. I finally received a real live person, answer at Paramount Animal Hospital, who kindly took the information from me and booked us in for a morning appointment. It was a relief to get some medication that began to work immediately for my older dog! Thanks so much for your help!

I recommend Dr. Raza and his team.He is not only interested in our pets, but also in taking away our worries. Today he helped my old dog and attended me quickly and effectively. His assistant is loving with animals just like the doctor. Thank you Doctor Raza for your help and for attending us urgently, your service was very professional and caring.

If I could give zero stars I would as my 2 year old Boxer is suffering due their negligence.She was spayed there on Easter Monday due to Pyometra which I now question if she even had it.. since the spay she has been vomiting, barely eating and has a infection is her front paws. I took her back to the clinic yesterday she was given anti biotics for her paws and anti nausea meds .. shes still not eating
And i got blood work done. They called this morning telling me her kidney enzymes are elevated so they wanted to put her on more meds and for her to start food for kidney issues. I went in to get the food and the first ingredient was chicken ( she is allergic and they have been told this several times) !!
I looked at the print out of the blood work and it clearly recommended a full urine analysis which I was not offered.. just more meds and more over priced food.
Then I was given a paper to sign which clearly was to be signed prior to surgery explaining the importance of blood test BEFORE surgery !! I was NOT given the option for blood work prior to if I had of I would have absolutely 100% gotten it done then we would have known her kidney enzymes were high! This clinic has caused my dog so much pain and suffering .. PLEASE take your pets elsewhere ..
