TERRIBLE SERVICE. I have been trying to get my hinge replaced since August 2023. Took an afternoon off work for a scheduled appointment and spent 3 hours there waiting for them to replace them to be told after 3 hours they could not do it. Then they had me back to take my Jeep to the body shop. it's been there for 3 weeks now. I was called Monday and told it was going to be ready Friday and when I showed up to pick up, was told that it was still at the body shop. I again, took time off work for this and have been driving from Powassan, 6 times now with no new hingest still. The worst part is how the staff is handling it. No customer service whatsoever. No one has a clue what is going on. Going on week 3 with a rental. Hopefully I will have my Jeep back to enjoy the summer with it. Very disappointed. I will never return after this ordeal.
