Horrible experience. Picked up at the YVR airport in the taxi lineup, driver told me to enter my address on his cell phone.
When we arrived, I wanted to pay via credit card. Driver immediately started saying he needed to be paid in cash, told me he would take $20 cash instead of the $30 fare on his meter.
Told driver 3 times I had no cash, had to pay with card. He pulled his credit unit out of the dashboard, slamming it shut. Tried to pick the tip amount for me when I entered my info!!
So rude and unprofessional. Considering all the international passengers arriving at YVR, I was surprised driver kept insisting on paying with cash.
So scammy. I will never ride with this company again.
