Reviews of Apple Pacific Centre in Vancouver

I don't know why the apple store hires someone like Sandeep in this pacific centre. maybe to make people run away from the apple store.
SANDEEP was a very rude employee, he told me I am wasting his time, while he wasted mine. he didn't fix my computer and while I was talking to him he left and never came back. and he told me I should go fix my computer elsewhere, cause he doesn't know how to do it. and he never get help from other techs. he knows nothing about tech. i don't know how he got hired at apple. seems like Apple doesn't know how to hire good employees. this pacific centre apple store is disgusting and its employees even more. you are well worth taking your device to a certified apple store, not the actual apple store. Sandeep told me it takes 8 days to fix my computer cause he doesn't know how to do it and the technicians are all busy for 8 days. while I took my computer to London drugs certified apple repair tech fixed my computer the same day less than 2 hours.
pacific centre apple store with employees such as Sandeep. It's very pitful and soon they go out of business.. and apple only will sell online. they don't know how to deal with customers and don't know how to fix computers.
