We've been customers for ten years with two pug dogs at all visits. The last two years we've had to wait in the parking lot while they bring our pet in for there check up. Don't let this happen to your pet. Our elderly pug went in fine by the time got him home his hip was swollen with a very large lump and he had a hard time walking. When my husband told the receptionist several times nothing happened. The vet didn't call us. This injury lasted about eight months. This year this veternarian called us to make an appointment for our two pugs to have their shots. This time they asked my husband if he was vaccinated. He said no. The receptionist told him he had to wait again in the parking lot while they come out to get our pugs. No unvaccinated parent aloud in. Not even if you wear mask. A mask should be sufficient. If they are all vaccinated what are they so afraid of. Animals can get covid as well. Don't trust them with your pet alone.
