Reviews of Joinville B Apartments in Windsor

Rent is exorbitantly high, even though the apartments haven't been updated since the building was built. Filing a maintenance request often takes weeks before someone w/o notice finally shows up at your door. All the staff is very facetious; sadly, little respect or consideration is given. If the Management does not like you expect them to have your neighbours continually harass you by knocking on your floor & walls. My cable was disconnected dozens of times. This claim was supported by my internet provider who verified this action. I had no working heat in my unit for 4 plus years & Mgt did not remedy this—easily my poorest experience in 30 plus years of renting. I cannot recommend renting through Hazelview.
