Terrible experience! I was told my wait time would be 14 weeks which is pretty long but in the end I waited almost a year for my windows and door. The quality of their product IS NOT what it used to be. I have several long black hairs sealed inside my windows forever. The install was also a joke. The windows aren’t straight when looking at them from outside the house. This isnt great because I was hoping to actually raise my property value. I hesitantly paid them but wish I hadn’t given them a penny for their all around dodgy work and customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
